This is an exquisite collab between two beans that can hold their own by themselves, together they blend to bring the best of two different worlds. Brazilian Cerrado has a nutty and earthy base that is complimented by the floral and fruity notes of the Yirgacheffe. The result is a uniquely well balanced and tasty blend that is out of this world!

Both beans contribute a rich chocolate and nutty profile with low to medium acidity. The medium roast level enhances body and sweetness while rounding out the flavors.
